Permissive Parent

You're a permissive parent - warm, nurturing, and deeply loving. Your children feel cherished and emotionally secure. The growth area: structure. Children need both love and consistent boundaries to develop self-regulation. The most loving thing you can do sometimes is hold a limit - even when they push back. Your warmth is a tremendous strength; adding some structure doesn't diminish it.
